Giant Outdoor Xylophones – Noteworthy Details
Hand-made in the Highlands of Scotland from local sustainable timber, such as Larch and Douglas Fir. These woods have a nice resonance and are durable and as a result each instrument is built to last and to withstand the unpredictable British weather. There is no need to treat the wood unless you wish to for aesthetic reasons. The instrument can be treated with a varnish or stain without the sound being affected.
