Finger Puppets

Finger Puppets are an excellent way for children to express themselves.  They can use them to reenact stories to their peers.  They are an excellent way to introduce children to performing or public speaking.

In addition to enhancing role play, finger puppets are exceptionally useful when communicating with a more introverted child.  They are a good way for children to express themselves if they feel shy about their feelings.  By talking through the puppet, children can talk about their feelings and perhaps open up about a worry they may have.

It is not only children who utilise finger puppets.  They are a fabulous resource at story time when you can enhance your narrative skills with a puppet.  Alternatively, you children could be assigned a character each for an interactive experience.

The compact nature of these puppets makes them easy to store.  They take up little space but offer much entertainment.  They are an excellent resource for imaginative play and a certain to be a hit with your children.
