2. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

 

    • The item must be unused and resalable
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging
    • Our team will quote for the collection and if accepted we will process the return arrangements. Once the item has been received back, inspected and approved, a refund will be processed through the original payment method. This will be for the full value of the item, less any agreed charges.

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation or return, including:

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Many of our products are large educational furniture items or specialist resources that require dedicated delivery services. Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

 

    • Access to the delivery location is suitable
    • Doorways, corridors, staircases, and lifts can accommodate the product dimensions
    • Adequate assistance is available if required

 

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or failed delivery attempts, additional delivery or collection charges may apply.

If large furniture items are returned due to a change of mind, collection and restocking charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

7. Refund Process

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Refunds may be reduced if returned goods show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or insufficient packaging.

 

8. Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will normally be provided.

If production has already begun for made-to-order items, cancellation charges may apply.
