Play Shop/Theatre

This Play Shop/Theatre is a great 2-in-1 design.  It allows the children’s Wooden Play Shop to convert very simply to a Puppet Theatre.

You can easily convert between a shop and theatre by simply turn the rotating clicking dial and reverse the roof fabric and swap sides to play.

The Puppet Theatre features a chalk board where your children can create a poster for their show and practise their mark making and fine motor skills.  The clock is there to advertise the next show time and is a wonderful way to reinforce any time telling skills.

In addition to the chalkboard and clock, there is handy storage in the shelves below to keep and puppets or props safely to hand.  This provides easy access while your children role play and use their imagination so that their thread of concentration isn’t broken.

There are 50 tickets included in the set which your children can dispense their the ticket machine slot.  However, your children can use their own creativity to design their own tickets appropriate to the performance.

The play Shop features a counter top and three angled shelves to display food (play food crates sold seperately).  Each shelf has a chalkboard panel to write the ‘offers of the day’.  In addition, there is a second removable chalk panel which you can attach to the side of the shop.  Once again this provides a wonderful opportunity for your children to enhance their mark making.
