The Deli Salad Bar adds a touch of grown up sophistication to any school lunch hall.  It is ideal for both self service and staff service.  It is fully portable with lockable castor wheels to prevent movement once in place.

This salad bar has a special hidden shelf that you can use to contain ice packs in order to keep your food even fresher for longer.  Moreover, it has removable food trays.  This makes them both easy to fill and also clean for maintaining high levels of hygiene.  You can wipe clean the entire unit, including the powder coated frame and shelves.  This means that any spillages are easily cleaned.

The tray rail is foldable which makes the unit easier to store when not in use but easy to use when serving your food.
