This sturdy wooden house is made from high quality hardwood sealed with a tough water based, child friendly lacquer. The slide and ladder are made from quality Birch ply. The House includes 2 sturdy plywood platforms with a textured laminate for increased durability and grip. Designed to be easily folded when not in use. House is delivered assembled in its folded state.

The Slide and Ladder attachments are fully assembled.

Climbing mats must be used.

For ages 3-8yrs.

Can be folded for storage. Not suitable for outdoor use.

Fully Conforms to BS EN 1176.
